Beacon Title & Escrow is a full-service real estate closing, title insurance and bank settlement company serving home buyers and sellers as well as residential and commercial realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, banks, credit unions, and loan originators.
We personally cater to the needs of our partners, taking great care to make every bank closing, title search, recording and post-closing documentation experience a seamless and stress-free transaction. The Beacon team acts as legal counsel on behalf of our home buyer/seller, lending professional or real estate agent whom we call our valued “partner” and client.
Beacon Title & Escrow provides:
Title insurance protects real estate owners and lenders against loss or damage from any claims on the property. This can include liens, lawsuits, forged signatures, ownership issues, unpaid property tax, or unresolved building code violations, for example.
As a real estate closing agent, Beacon Title & Escrow initiates the title insurance process upon completion of a property purchase agreement. Having separate title insurance coverage for the lender, buyer and owner protects all transacting parties from exposure to risk. We research the historic and legal ownership of a piece of property and offer the insurance to prove that your title is clear.
This is a financial instrument where money or assets are held temporarily by Beacon Title & Escrow as a neutral, third party on behalf of the two transacting parties. These funds are held until both parties have fulfilled their contractual obligations, and then released accordingly. An escrow account can assure a seller that the buyer can pay for and close on the purchase because enough funds are in the account.
