Anthony Bettencourt is the Managing Director of Beacon Title & Escrow, Ltd., responsible for the daily operations of the company and leading the team of industry professionals. He treats every client transaction as if it’s his own, with the utmost care, diligence and precision. He lives by his personal motto of "Building success through commitment" with all of the trusted partners he works with. Anthony brings over 27 years of experience in the mortgage loan and title industry, from his early days as a mortgage telemarketer and sales account executive for a nationwide mortgage company, to realizing his dream of owning a residential and commercial mortgage brokerage firm. Prior to co-founding Beacon Title & Escrow, he managed production of purchase closings for a national title and escrow company, working with lenders, realtors and mortgage brokers throughout all 50 states.

Richard ("Rich") Nicholson, Esq., CPA is managing attorney at Beacon Title & Escrow, Ltd. and leads the team of professionals that will help our clients navigate the way through complex business issues. In addition to his credentials as an attorney, Rich has earned his CPA designation, and has started several successful companies from the ground up. He now puts his practical business knowledge to work on behalf of his clients. Rich’s practice areas include business law and commercial transactions, civil litigation, real estate law and tax law. Rich is admitted in the states of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, along with the United States Supreme Court
